The finishing is done by a worker using a trowel or by using a power leveling machine. As shown in FIG. 2, a known power leveling machine has a blade-like rotating plate on its lower surface.

題を生じた。 However, there is a problem that there are numerous large and small air bubbles near the surface of the mortar, which float to the surface during the curing process, creating depressions in the finished surface. It has been found that to eliminate this phenomenon, it is best to hit and expel the air bubbles near the surface that are likely to float up. However, it is extremely inefficient to do this manually, and even when a power leveling machine is used, the surface pressure of the blades in contact with the mortar surface is too high, causing the problem of roughening the surface.

ことによつて達成される。 The above purpose is to distribute concrete evenly over the poured surface in advance, and to relatively level the surface using a roughly circular rotating disk removably attached to a rotary vane provided on the bottom of the surface leveling machine. The concrete is pressed under low pressure to make it dense and smooth, and air bubbles contained in the concrete are removed. After that, the rotating disk is removed, and the surface is smoothed under relatively high pressure using the rotating blades on the bottom of the surface leveling machine, and then cured. This is achieved by doing.
以下本発明の実施例を説明する。 Examples of the present invention will be described below.

In this system, a rotary disk 2 having a configuration described later is attached to a rotary vane 3 provided on the lower surface of a surface leveling machine 1, and the roughly leveled concrete surface described in the previous section is applied under relatively low pressure conditions using a large area. This is a process of pounding the material to make it denser and removing air bubbles in the surface layer.

The concrete surface is smoothed by pressing it, and when this is finished, the rotating disk 2 is removed from the main body 1, and the rotating blade 3 attached to the main body 1 is rotated to level the concrete surface.For this purpose, the leveling machine 1 is used.
is a support frame 6 at the tip of a handle rod 5 having a handle 4;
An engine 7 is mounted in the center of the engine 7, and a support arm 9 has several rotary blades 3 (three in the illustrated embodiment) projecting radially through a transmission mechanism 8 that communicates with the output shaft of the engine 7.
It is pivotally supported by a shaft 10 to transmit rotation to a rotating body 11. The separately prepared rotating disk 2 is
It has stepped mounting fittings 12 provided at the same number of locations as the blades 3 on its inner surface, and the blades 3 are fitted into the metal fittings 12 to be detachably attached. As the rotating body 11 rotates, the rotating disk 2 also rotates (for example, at 120 to 180 revolutions per minute), and smoothes the concrete surface while pressing it with relatively low pressure. As shown in FIG. 3, the rotating disk 2 is formed into a slightly arcuate cross section.
As shown in Fig. 4, a hole 13 may be provided in the center and a round hole 14 may be provided between the mounting brackets 12.In this case, if used for a disk with a relatively large diameter, the resistance will be small. This reduces the burden on the worker. Incidentally, the rotating disk 2 has a peripheral edge 2' standing up, and in the example shown in FIG.
4' is also erected to prevent the concrete from rising onto the disk 2.

能率で作業が進められる効果が発揮される。 Therefore, according to the present invention, the concrete surface that has been poured and roughly leveled is leveled using a rotating disk under relatively low pressure conditions, and air bubbles in the concrete are pressed and removed, resulting in a beautiful finish.
The concrete surface is then smoothed using relatively high pressure conditions using rotating blades, resulting in a much better finish than conventional construction methods, and the work can be carried out at a higher efficiency.
