b. Conventional technology When constructing U-shaped groove blocks as blocks for concrete products, ceramic products, etc. that are to be constructed continuously, for example, each U-shaped groove block must be raised and lowered for precise positioning in order to finely adjust the level of the top. In addition, the mating surfaces of each U-shaped groove block are held at uniform intervals and jointed by filling the joints.

c Problems to be solved by the invention When joining the U-shaped groove blocks, it is necessary to raise and lower each U-shaped groove block to match the level of the top, which is difficult to work with and requires skill. If the intervals between the grooves are not uniform, it will look unsightly when the joints are filled, and if the ground settles unevenly after construction, the U-shaped groove block constructed in that location will sink, creating a level difference and causing a connection failure.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a circular blind hole is formed in the lower part of the mating end surface 1a of the U-shaped groove block 1, which becomes narrower toward the inner part. 2. Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the joint parts 3, 3 that are tightly fitted into the circular blind holes 2, 2 are inserted in the direction from the center of the cylindrical body with the blind holes 4, 4 drilled from both ends. At the same time, a large number of spline-shaped narrow grooves 5 are formed on the surfaces of the joints 3, 3, with the oblique directions being opposite to each other in the joints 3. The mating end surface 1 of the U-shaped groove blocks 1 and 1 is recessed so that
A connecting pin 7 is formed by surrounding the center of a cylindrical body in which a blind hole is bored from both ends with a flange 6 having approximately the same thickness as the joint thickness to be filled between a and 1a. The joint parts 3, 3 of the U-shaped groove block 1 are firmly fitted into the circular blind hole 2 provided on the mating end surface 1a, and the flange edge 6 is clamped between the opposing mating end surfaces 1a, 1a.
The groove blocks 1... are constructed continuously, and the gaps maintained at constant intervals by the thickness of the flange edges 6 are filled with joint mortar. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, there is another joint in which both ends of a cylindrical body are formed into joint parts 3, 3 whose diameter is reduced in a tapered shape, a narrow groove 5 is provided in the joint part 3, and a flange 6 is provided around the center. As shown in FIG. 8, both ends of the cylindrical body are formed into a tapered joint 3 with a reduced diameter, a narrow groove 5 is provided in the joint 3, and a flange 6 is provided in the center. Another joining pin 9 is formed with the hollow portion serving as an air flow passage 9a. Furthermore, as a modification of the joining pin 9 made of a cylindrical body, as shown in FIGS. Another recessed joining pin 10 is formed. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, instead of the narrow groove 5, spiral ridges 11, 11 twisted in opposite directions are protruded from the joint portions 3, 3, respectively, so that other joining pins 12 form.
In the case of the joining pin 12, a spiral ridge 11 may be provided protrudingly on the joining surface of the block of the flange 6 (not shown). Further, as a modification of the joining pin 9 made of a cylindrical body, as shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, the periphery of the flange 6 is cut out at appropriate intervals, and the flange 6 is formed into a gear shape. Another joining pin 15 having a narrow groove 5 is formed on the joint surface of the edge 6 of the block. As an example of using the hollow joining pin 9 according to the present invention with other block products, as shown in FIGS. The circular blind holes 2, 2 are drilled at appropriate positions while maintaining the interval, and the joint portion 3 of the joining pin 9 is inserted across the circular blind holes 2, 2 on the opposing mating end surfaces 13a, 13a.
By firmly fitting 3, the gutter block 13...
..., and as another example when the joining pin 9 is used for other block products, as shown in Figs. 17 and 18, it is assembled underground in multiple stages. The circular blind holes 2 are vertically drilled at appropriate locations on the joint end surfaces 14a of the manhole side mass blocks 14 to be stacked, and the joint portions 3 of the joining pins 9 are firmly fitted into the manhole side mass blocks 14 below. In some cases, the manhole side mass block 14
This method involves masonry construction underground in multiple stages.

``Effect of the invention'' Since the invention is constructed in this manner, the connecting pin 7 or 8 or 9 or 1
By firmly fitting the joints 3 of 0, 12, or 15 and filling the gaps maintained at regular intervals by the flange edges 6 with mortar to seal the joints, blocks can be easily and quickly constructed in succession. Unlike the conventional method, there is no need to make fine adjustments to match the top level by raising and lowering the blocks one by one according to the topography, and the workability is excellent.

Therefore, the joining pins 7, 9, 10, 12 and 1
5, the wall thickness of the joint 3 is a blind hole 4 or an air flow passage 9
Since the joint part 3 is made thin by having the hole a penetrated therethrough, it has high elasticity, and when it is firmly fitted into the circular blind hole 2, the joint part 3 will surely come into close contact with the peripheral wall of the circular blind hole 2. Further, in the case of the joining pin 12, the shape resistance of the ridge 11 provided in a spiral shape on the joining part 3 ensures that it fits into the circular blind hole 2, and there is no possibility of it coming off.
In addition, the ground that is in contact with the top surface of the block constructed in this way is rolled to securely fix it.
Furthermore, even if the ground sinks unevenly, since the blocks are connected to each other by the joining pins, the blocks are suspended in the air and do not sink with the ground, so no level differences occur. Further, since each block is fixed by a joining pin, there is no risk of it shifting back and forth, and the joint spacing is maintained constant by the flange 6, resulting in a beautiful finish. In addition, the joint parts 3, 3 of the joint pins 9, 10, and 15 are connected to the circular blind hole 2.
When it is firmly fitted into the circular blind hole 2, the air remaining in the circular blind hole 2 is connected to the air flow passage 9a and the joint part 3, 3 or the flange edge 6.
There is no risk that the joining pins 9, 10, and 15 will be ejected from the narrow grooves 5... recessed on the surface of the flange 6 and the joining pins 9, 10, and 15 will be repelled by the remaining air and cause poor bonding. Connection pins 10 and 15 recessed with...
The joint pin 15 has excellent adhesion to the mating end surface of each block, and since the flange 6 of the joining pin 15 is shaped like a gear with appropriate spacing around it, it is easy to fill the mating end surface of each block. This increases the adhesion area with the joint mortar and provides excellent compatibility, making it possible to form an even stronger joint surface. In the case of the joining pins 7 and 8 having narrow grooves 5 recessed in the joint parts 3 and 3, a narrow air flow passage is formed by the narrow grooves 5 between the connecting pins 12 and the circular blind hole 2. In the case of , joint 3,3
Since a spiral air flow path is formed between the spirally protruding ridge 11 on the surface of the circular blind hole 2, the remaining air in the circular blind hole 2 is discharged, and the connecting pin 7 or 8 or There is no possibility that 12 will be repelled and cause poor bonding.

Therefore, in the case of manhole side block blocks 14 stacked vertically, the mating end surface 1 of the lower block
When the lower joint part 3 is firmly fitted into the circular blind hole 2 provided in the upper block, and the upper joint part 3 is firmly fitted into the circular blind hole 2 provided in the upper block, the joint end surface of the upper and lower blocks is secured by the flange 6. A certain joint width is secured between 14a and 14a, and after stacking blocks in multiple stages, the gaps can be filled with mortar, so the upper blocks can be stacked in multiple stages without waiting for the joint mortar to harden. As in the conventional method, when mortar is placed on the mating face of the lower block and the upper block is stacked on top of it, the mortar is pushed out by the weight of the block, which requires time and effort to correct. Also, the joint filling is done at regular intervals, resulting in a beautiful finish.
