As one of the prefabricated structures used in various civil engineering works, concrete segments are already in practical use and well known. In other words, concrete segments, which are roughly arc-shaped blocks produced in factories, are transported to the site and assembled into the desired structure by interconnecting and integrating the segments. By using joint members buried in advance in the end faces to be joined, the joint end faces of adjacent concrete segments are joined, and the joint members buried in these end faces are joined together, and both joint members are fastened with bolts. Thus, both segments are connected. In such joint members, the most commonly used general structure is a box-shaped type made of steel plate welding as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2. That is, two side wall plates 3, 3 are orthogonally welded to the inner surface 2b side of the connecting plate 2 in which the mounting holes 1 for the fastening bolts are formed, and a partition plate 4 is also placed between the upper parts of both side wall plates 3, 3. By welding, reinforcing bar anchors 5, 5 are attached to the outer sides of both side wall plates 3, 3 in a protruding manner by welding as well. The box-shaped joint formed by the connecting plate 1 side wall plates 3 and 3 and the partition wall plate 4 is placed on the required joint end surface of the concrete segment 6 so that the outer surface 2a of the connecting plate 2 is flush with the joint end surface. The wall plates 3, 3 and the partition plate 4 on both sides of the inner surface 2b are buried so as to face inside the body of the segment 6 together with the reinforcing bar anchors 5, 5. Therefore, when connecting the concrete segments 6, 6, 2 is a joint plate 2 of a joint shown by a solid line in FIG.
are joined to each other so that their outer surfaces 2a, 2a face each other, and between each mounting hole 1, 1 of both connecting plates 2, 2,
Although not shown, the segments 6, 6 are connected by inserting a fastening bolt and fastening and fixing with a locking nut. However, in this conventional type, three plates, the side wall plates 3, 3 and the bulkhead plate 4, are attached to the connecting plate 2 by welding to form a box shape, so the concrete segment 6 is not a permanent structure. Considering that it is a material, the welded structure on the side of the thin plate has strength,
Not only does it lack reliability in terms of durability, but it also requires a large number of man-hours to manufacture, leading to high costs. Furthermore, due to its usage, this segment 6 is subjected to compressive loads such as large earth pressure from the outside of the segment, and therefore cracks are likely to occur at the upper contact portion of the joint end surfaces of the segments 6, 6. The superstructure made up of the plates 2, side wall plates 3, 3, and partition plate 4 also has drawbacks, such as not being able to effectively prevent such cracks.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems with segment joint members, the present invention forms the side wall plate attached to the inner surface of the connecting plate, which serves as the bolt fastening surface, by a single plate curved into a substantially bowl shape. At the same time, by forming a series of reinforcing plates directly connected to the side wall plate and the T-shape from the curved top of the side wall plate, it is possible to simplify the welding process, improve strength and durability, and make the structure more compact. It is designed to effectively resist compressive loads from the outside.
Therefore, its features include a connecting plate 2 having a plurality of fastening bolt mounting holes 1, and a curved side wall plate 7.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiment shown below. In FIG. 3, the concrete segment 6
A plate body curved in a substantially bowl shape (encompassing an inverted U-shape) on the inner surface 2b facing into the segment body of the connecting plate 2, which is embedded in the same end surface 6a so that the joint end surface 6a and the outer surface 2a of the connecting plate 2 coincide with each other. Tighten the bolt mounting hole 1
is fixed by welding so as to surround the side wall plate 7. This side wall plate 7 has a pair of parallel side walls 7a, 7a and a curved apex 7b connecting the side walls 7a, 7a, and has a height extending over at least the lower and middle portions of the connecting plate 2. , are attached perpendicularly to the connecting plate 2. That is, the parallel side walls 7a, 7a are vertical or outward-opening straight walls, and the lower ends of the inner surface 2b coincide with each other, and the inner edges of the curved tops 7b of the side walls 7a, 7a are welded to the inner surface 2b. By having the side wall plate 7 fixed and having a required width, the side wall plate 7 has a required depth toward the inside of the segment body. At this time, the side wall plate 7 is erected surrounding the mounting hole 1 for the fastening bolt in the connecting plate 2. Furthermore, this side wall plate 7
From the center position of the curved apex 7b, there is a reinforcing plate 8 that stands upright and whose upper end is approximately the same as the upper end of the connecting plate 2.
, which protrudes from the connecting plate 2 in a T-shape. The width of this reinforcing plate 8 is the same as the width of the side wall plate 7, and the reinforcing plate 8 is welded and fixed to the inner surface 2b of the connecting plate 2 and the curved top portion 7b of the side wall plate 7. One end of each of reinforcing bar anchors 5, 5, 5 to be embedded in the segment body is fixed by welding to the outer surfaces of both side wall portions 7a, 7a of the side wall plate 7, and to the side surface of the reinforcing plate 8, as shown in the figure.

Effects Since the side wall plate 7 is formed as a substantially bowl-shaped single plate, it can be easily formed by press working or the like, and the number of welding steps can be reduced. Further, due to the bowl-shaped shape, there is no lack of strength, and it is possible to provide a robust joint member that is more compact and has greater durability than conventional types.

Effect First, the reinforcing plate 8 is connected to the curved top portion 7b of the side wall plate 7 in the vertical direction of the joint member,
Since it intersects with the side wall plate 7 to form a skeleton portion that is approximately T-shaped when viewed from the back, the compressive stress generated in the reinforcing plate 8 due to the earth pressure from above applied to the joint portion of the segments 6, 6 is absorbed by the side wall plate 7. Curved top 7 of plate 7
It is distributed to both side wall parts 7a, 7a via b, resulting in a structure that can support earth pressure from above very effectively. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent cracks in the upper part of the joint between the segments 6, 6, which tend to occur in the conventional type.

Effect In addition, the reinforcing plate 8 is coupled to the inner surface 2b of the connecting plate 2 in the front-rear direction of the joint member and forms a T-shape in plan view together with the connecting plate 2. The surface pressure in the compression direction of the segments 6 that is generated on the connecting plates 2 of the joint members by joining (that is, joining the joint members) is concentrated on the reinforcing plate 8 and is applied to the reinforcing bar anchor 5 via the reinforcing plate 8. can be conveyed to.

That is, for example, when earth pressure acts locally on the joint between segments 6 and 6, the segments 6 and 6 open together, causing tensile stress on the lower end of the joint and tensile stress on the upper end. Although abnormally large compressive stress may occur, according to the present invention, even in such a case, the large compressive stress is first received by the connecting plate 2 and transferred to the reinforcing bar anchor 5 via the reinforcing plate 8. Since it is transmitted reliably, destruction of the concrete at the upper end of the joint portion of the segments 6, 6 is effectively prevented, contributing to an increase in the strength of the structure as a whole.
