[Conventional technology] Figure 4 is a perspective view of essential parts showing an example of a digital audio tape recorder (DAT) as a conventional cassette-type recording/playback device; Figure 5 is a perspective view of the cassette holder shown in Figure 4; The figure is a front view of FIG. 5, in which 1 is a cassette containing a magnetic tape, 2 is a chassis attached to a base 3, 4 is an L-shaped guide hole formed in the chassis 2, and 5 is a These are a pair of positioning posts installed on base 3. 6 is a cassette holder that stores the cassette 1 and moves between the cassette insertion position and the cassette mounting position; 7 is a guide post that protrudes from both sides of the cassette holder 6 and moves along the guide hole 4; 8 is a cassette holder a pair of lock release parts attached to the bottom surface of the cassette 6 via an elastic member 9 to unlock the slider (not shown) of the cassette 1;
10 is a presser spring (not shown in FIG. 4) that is provided on both sides of the cassette holder 6 and prevents the cassette 1 from shifting from side to side within the cassette holder 6; It is a convex part. Next, the operation of the conventional DAT with the above configuration will be explained. Insert the cassette 1 into the cassette holder 6 from the direction of arrow A.
When the cassette 1 is inserted into the cassette holder 6, the lateral movement within the cassette holder 6 is restricted by the biasing force of the presser spring 10, and the vertical movement within the cassette holder 6 is restricted by the elastic force of the elastic member 9 via the lock release part 8. The cassette is held in the cassette holder 6 with directional movement restricted. Thereafter, the cassette holder 6 is driven by a drive source (not shown), and the guide post 7 moves in an L-shaped trajectory along the guide hole 4 from the cassette insertion position to the cassette mounting position, and the positioning hole of the cassette 1 The positioning post 5 is locked to the cassette 1 (not shown), and the cassette 1 is set. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional DAT as described above, each cassette 1 is held within the cassette holder 6 by the elastic force of a pair of presser springs 10 and an elastic member 9, and the number of parts is reduced. Another problem was that it took a lot of time to manufacture. Furthermore, when the cassette 1 is inserted into the cassette holder 6, the cassette 1 is inserted into the cassette holder 6 not in surface contact with the top surface of the cassette holder 6, but in line contact with the convex portion 11, so that the cassette 1 is inserted smoothly into the cassette holder 6. However, there was a problem in that the protrusion 11 would damage the label on the top surface of the cassette 1. The present invention was made to solve these problems, and aims to provide a cassette-type recording and reproducing device that has a simple configuration, is inexpensive, and does not damage the cassette label. [Means for Solving the Problems] A cassette type recording and reproducing device according to the present invention includes a cassette holder that stores a cassette and moves between a cassette insertion position and a cassette mounting position, and a cassette holder that is attached to the cassette holder and that holds the cassette. The cassette holder includes an elastic member that biases in one direction, and tapered portions formed at both corners of the cassette holder and against which the cassette comes into contact.
[Function] In this invention, when the cassette is inserted into the cassette holder, it is held within the cassette holder by the elastic member and both tapered portions. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 3 show one embodiment of the present invention.
Parts that are the same or corresponding to those in Figures 3 and 3 are given the same reference numerals and their explanations will be omitted. In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes tapered portions extending toward the back on both sides of the upper surface of the cassette holder 6, and both corner portions 1a of the upper surface of the cassette 1 abut against the tapered portions 20, respectively. In such a DAT, when the cassette 1 is inserted into the cassette holder 6, the cassette 1 is urged upward via the lock release part 8 by the elastic force of the elastic member 9, and the upper surface of the cassette 1 is pushed upward. Each corner portion 1a abuts on each tapered portion 20. As a result, the cassette 1 is held in the cassette holder 6 with its vertical and horizontal movements restricted. Thereafter, similarly to the conventional system described above, the cassette holder 6 holding the cassette 1 is driven by a drive source (not shown) and moves in an L-shaped trajectory from the cassette insertion position to the cassette mounting position. In the above embodiment, D is used as a cassette type recording and reproducing device.
Although the AT has been described, the present invention can also be applied to, for example, an AT that uses a cassette containing a magnetic disk or an optical disk. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, in the cassette type recording/reproducing device of the present invention, the cassette is held within the cassette holder by the elastic member and both tapered portions, so that the conventional presser spring is not required. This has the effect of reducing the number of parts and making it simpler and cheaper. Also,
For example, when a label is attached to a cassette, there will be a gap between the label surface and the cassette holder.
When inserting the cassette into the cassette holder,
It also has the effect of not damaging the novel of 9/l. Brief explanation of the I5!1 side Figure 1 is a perspective view of the main parts of a DAT showing an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 is a perspective view of the cassette holder shown in Figure 1, and Figure 3 is a front view of Figure 2. Figure 4 is a perspective view of the main parts of an example of a conventional DAT, Figure 5 is a perspective view of the cassette holder shown in Figure 4, and Figure 6l2I is a front view of Figure 5. In the figure, 1 is a cassette, 6 is a cassette holder
9 is an elastic member, and 20 is a tapered portion. In addition, in each figure,
The same reference numerals indicate the same or equivalent parts.
