A refrigerant pipe 2 is placed in a buried state. In addition, a heat dissipation plate 3 as an exterior surface plate of the panel P is integrally bonded to the outer surface of the heat insulating substrate 1 in a manner such that the inner surface is brought into close contact with the refrigerant pipe 2, and furthermore, the heat dissipation plate 3 is integrally bonded to the outer surface of the heat insulating substrate 1 in a manner that the inner surface is brought into close contact with the refrigerant pipe 2. A back plate 4 is integrally bonded to the inner surface thereof in a superimposed manner.

This fitting groove 5 may be created at the same time using a mold when the heat insulating substrate 1 is manufactured. Next, the refrigerant pipe 2, which has been formed into the desired shape in advance, is fitted into the pipe fitting groove 5, and then the heat dissipation plate 3 and the back plate 4 are superimposed on both sides of the heat insulating board 1, as shown in FIG. The laminated state is put into a hot cold press machine and hot pressure is applied from both sides.

利である。 Through such heat-pressing operation, the surface portion of the heat-insulating substrate 1 is melted by the heat transmitted through the heat sink 3 and the back plate 4, and thereby the heat sink 1 is fused and joined to the heat sink 3 and the back plate 4. be converted into and at the same time the insulation board 1
shows a tendency to cause secondary foaming in the heat receiving area, so this secondary foaming tends to occur between the heat dissipation plate 3 and the back plate 4 where there is an escape area, that is, the pipe fitting groove 5.
Proceeding inward in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 4, the refrigerant pipe 2 is pressed toward the heat sink 3 and brought into close contact therewith, and the gap around it is filled to completely fix the refrigerant pipe 2. Realize the state. In this way, the refrigerant pipe 2 can be closely fixed to the heat sink 3 by the secondary foaming of the heat insulating board 1, so that the pipe fitting groove 5 formed in advance in the heat insulating board 1 can be easily fitted into the refrigerant pipe 2. In consideration of the size, it is advantageous to form the pipe slightly larger than the pipe diameter.

る。 Therefore, after the above heat pressure operation, the temperature at 0 to 80℃ is 0.1 to 10.
By performing a cooling operation for about a minute and taking out the laminate from the press, the desired heat-insulating wall panel P with a condenser as described above can be obtained.

In addition to simplifying the manufacturing process, this method is much more advantageous in that the refrigerant pipe 2 can be completely brought into close contact with the heat sink 3 and that it can be fixed in place, compared to the case where the refrigerant pipe 2 is formed in between. .

By connecting to the refrigerant circuit of a room cooler, the refrigerant pipe 2 and the heat sink 3 constitute a condenser, which also functions as a cooling condenser.
Therefore, it is possible to incorporate the condenser of the room cooler into the wall of the house using a part of the building frame, and there is no need for a dedicated space for installing the condenser outdoors. In addition, since the heat from the refrigerant vapor can be radiated over a wide surface by the exterior heat sink, there is no risk of the forced air cooling fan becoming a source of noise. Therefore, there is no risk of causing heat damage indoors, and the indoor living environment of the house can be maintained in good condition without adversely affecting it.
