[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] ? The invention relates to an electronic device case in which an electronic circuit is housed. [Prior Art] This type of case consists of, for example, a cylindrical outer case and a shield case inserted into the outer case, and the shield case consists of a base frame and a shield lid placed over the base frame. Ru. [Problem to be solved by the invention] In the case described above, if the shield case is simply inserted into the outer case during assembly, the shield case may fall out when the outer case is held by hand. Therefore, there was a problem that it was inconvenient to handle. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and its purpose is to temporarily fix the latter to the outer case by simply inserting the shield case into the outer case. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a case for electronic equipment that is extremely simple to use. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention takes the measures as described in the claims above, and its effects are as follows. [Function] When assembling, the electronic circuit is housed within the base frame. Next, cover the base frame with the shield lid. Then, insert the shield case, which is basically covered with a shield lid, into the outer case. In the inserted state, the protruding piece of the shield lid comes into elastic contact with the inner surface of the side wall of the outer case, and the shield case is temporarily fixed to the outer case. [Example] Drawings showing examples of the present application will be explained below. In the drawing, a BS converter is shown as an example of high frequency electronic equipment. This BS converter has a cylindrical outer case 1 made of a conductive material, for example, an aluminum die-cast molded product, and a shield case 2 housed inside the cylindrical outer case 1. Below is the above shield case 2
I will explain about it. Reference numeral 3 denotes a base frame, which is made of a conductive material such as an aluminum die-cast molded product. As clearly shown in FIG.
3a. Incidentally, the recess 3a may be provided only on one side. Reference numeral 4 shown in FIG. 4 is a flange for connecting the primary radiator provided on the frame 3, and is provided with a waveguide 5 shown as a signal introduction section. Reference numeral 6 indicates an electronic circuit housed in a recessed portion of the base frame 3, and is constructed by mounting various electronic components 6b on a circuit board (for example, a printed circuit board) 6a. Among the electronic circuits 6, for example, 6C is a high frequency amplification and frequency conversion circuit, 6d is a local oscillator, and 6e is an intermediate frequency amplification circuit. 7 is a plug seat shown as an output part attached to the base frame 3. Next, 8 shows the shield lid of the shield case 2, which is made of a metal plate with good conductivity and elasticity, such as a tin-plated iron plate with a thickness of 0.2 mm (a phosphor bronze plate may also be used). It is formed. The main body part 8a of the shield 1I8 is formed to have a size sufficient to close the opening of the recess 3a in the base frame 3, and has a main body part 8a in the middle part as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4. It is bent in the shape of a letter. Reference numeral 9.9 denotes an elastic contact piece provided on one opposing edge of the shield lid 8, and one opposing side wall 3b', 3b on the opening edge 3b of the recess.
'Outer surface 3c. 3c, and has a cross-sectional shape as shown in Fig. 3 to obtain a sufficient spring effect. In addition, the elastic contact pieces 9 are provided with a large number of short width pieces spaced apart from each other, but instead, long size pieces are provided at each part indicated by ``a'' and ``mouth'' in Fig. 1. Good too. 10 and 10 are contact pieces provided on the other opposing edge of the shield lid 8, and the other opposing side walls 3b", 3b" of the opening edge 3b.
This is for contacting the inner surfaces 3d and 3d. The distance between these contact pieces is made smaller than the distance between the inner surfaces 3d, 3d by bending the main body portion 8a of the shield M8 into a square shape. 1
Reference numeral 1 denotes a protruding piece provided at the middle part of the outer surface of the shield lid 8, which is formed by cutting and raising a part of the main body part 8a as shown in the figure, and whose upper surface is pressed against the inner surface of the outer case 1. It is section 11M. Both ends of the projecting piece 1l are connected to the main body part 8.
a, and has high pressure resistance (so that it is difficult to buckle). The protrusion 11 is sufficiently small (formed).
For example, the width is 1.8M and the length is 9N) to reduce substantial leakage of high frequency waves through the cut and raised holes. The height of the protruding piece 1l is the outer case l
Inner surface 1 of outer case l with base frame 3 inserted therein
It is formed to be slightly larger than the dimension corresponding to the gap between b and the base frame 3, so that the height of the pressed portion 11a is sufficient to obtain the function described below. 8. The reference numeral 13 shown in FIG. 1 indicates a fastener for fixing the base frame 3 of the shield case 2 to the outer case 1, and for example, a threaded rod as shown in the figure is used. 14 is a waterproof packing attached to the stop l3. Next, we will explain how to assemble the electronic device with the above configuration. First, the electronic circuit 6 is mounted in the recess 3a of the base frame 3 as is well known. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the shield 1B is placed over the opening of the recess 3a. In this case, both contact pieces 10
.. 10 The distance between each other is the inner surface 3 of the side walls 3b", 3b"
Since the distance between both contact pieces 10.d and 3d is smaller than the distance between them. 10 is easily located between the inner surfaces 3d3d. After the shield case 2 is completed by closing the openings of both recesses 3a, 3a in the base frame 3 with the shield lids 8 through the above operations, the shield case 2 is inserted into the outer case l and the openings 1a are closed. Insert from. In the insertion process, as shown in FIG.
1 comes into contact with the edge 1c of the opening in the outer case l.
However, since the edge 1c is formed into a slope as shown in the figure, the protrusion 11 easily passes therethrough and enters the inside of the outer case l. When the shield case 2 is advanced further into the depth, the inner surface 1b of the side wall of the outer case 1 is formed in a tapered shape.
b, and when the shield case 2 is inserted to a predetermined position, the inner surface of the peripheral edge of the shield M8 is pressed against the end surface of the peripheral wall of the recess 3a in the base frame 3, and the protrusion l
1 is in elastic contact with the inner surface 1b of the outer case 1. In this state, the shield case 2 is temporarily fixed to the outer case l, so even if you grab and lift the outer case l by hand as shown in Fig. 6, the shield case 2 will not fall off from the outer case 1. Its handling is easy. After the shield case 2 is inserted into the outer case 1 as described above, the shield case 2 is fixed to the outer case 1 using the stopper l3. This completes the assembly of the BS converter. When assembled as above,
The pressed portion 11a of the protruding piece 1l is pressed against the inner surface 1b of the outer case 1, and the main body portion 8a extends in a flat state. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner surface near both edges forms the side wall 3b'. The contact pieces 10. are in contact with the end faces of the contact pieces 10, and electrical continuity is good there, and as shown in FIG. 10 are in pressure contact with the inner surfaces 3d and 3d of the side walls 3b' and 3B, respectively, to ensure good electrical continuity there. Also, naturally, the large number of elastic contact pieces 9 are in contact with the outer surfaces 3c of the side walls 3b', respectively. They come into pressure contact with each other with elasticity, and a good electrical continuity is established between the two.

As a result, the base frame 3 and the shield lid 8 are completely integrated in terms of high frequency, and the internal electronic circuit 6 is in an extremely good shielding state. Not only this, but since the protruding piece 1l is in elastic contact with the inner surface 1b of the outer case l, the middle part of the shield lid 8 is in a state of good electrical conduction with the outer case l.
The high frequency integration of both becomes better. In this respect as well, the high-frequency shielding condition of the electronic circuit 6 becomes better.Next, FIGS. 7 to 9 show different embodiments of the shield lid, and the protruding piece lie in the middle part of the shield M8e is shown in FIGS. This shows examples of different placement locations and numbers. In addition, for parts that are considered to have the same or equivalent configuration as those in the previous figure in terms of function, the same reference numerals as in the previous figure are appended with an alpha bent e, and redundant explanations are omitted. (Also, the same concept is used in the following figure, and the redundant explanation is omitted by adding "f" for alpha vent.) Next, FIG. 10 shows a different example of the means for fixing the shield case 2r to the outer case If. , a nanometer 17 screwed onto the connector 7f as an output terminal,
This shows an example in which the shield case 2f is used as a stopper for the outer case If to perform the above fixing.
[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, when the electronic circuit 6 is housed in the recess 3a of the base frame 3 and the shield lid 8 is placed over the opening of the recess, the electronic circuit 6 is The entire circumference is the base frame 3
It has the advantage of being surrounded by a shield lid 8 and a good shielding condition. And above. When the shield case 2 with the shield lid 8 placed on the base frame 3 is inserted into the outer case 1 in this way, the protrusion l1 provided on the shield lid 8 comes into elastic contact with the inner surface 1b of the side wall of the outer case 1. It has the advantage that the shield case 2 can be temporarily secured to the outer case l simply by inserting it as described above. This has the effect that when carrying out subsequent work, it is possible to grasp only the outer case l and handle it secretly. Moreover, as mentioned above, use the shield case 2 as an outer case! When the shield lid 8 is inserted into the inside, the protruding piece 11 is in elastic contact with the inner surface 1b of the outer case 1 as described above, so that the shield lid 8 is electrically connected to the outer case 1 at its intermediate portion, and is not stored. There is also an effect that the shielding state of the electronic circuit 6 against high frequencies becomes extremely good.
