もに上下柱を接合することが要望される場合があ
り、特に上階への増築の場合下柱上に上柱を接続
する必要がある。その際柱・柱接合部は構造状剛
接合とすることが望ましいが一般に、その結合は
現場溶接が主であつた。しかし現場溶接は施工管
理上問題があり、また熟練が必要であるため一般
的ではない。

を使用する接合に於いて、上下の柱が一つの梁接
合金物を用いて、しかもボルト接合と嵌込みの接
合で接合でき、しかも比較的薄肉の柱側にはスリ
ツトを設けて接合するので容易にスリツトのある
上柱下部を少し押し広げることができ、嵌め込み
を容易に行うことができる。前記した梁接合金具
を最上階の柱、梁接合部に用いて、柱頂部に設け
ておき、本考案になる接合装置を用いるよう準備
しておけば、将来の上階の増築が容易となる。本
考案に用いる梁接合金物には、梁ブラケツトがな
いため、柱材に工場溶接等により、あらかじめ取
り付けておいても、輸送に問題を生じない。ま
た、厚肉の柱挿入部を利用して高力ボルトを用い
た柱・柱の接合ができるので、接合が強固となり
剛接合が実現できる。さらに上柱下端は、スリツ
トによる開断面となるため、両者が高力ボルトに
より十分密着し摩擦接合となり剛接合が実現でき
る。
