  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定アームに対して可動アームを前後方向に回
    動自在に軸着し、そのいずれか一方に、前記枢着
    部を中心とする円弧状の歯部を設け、他方には、
    前記歯部に接離可能に設けた歯板と、この歯板を
    歯部に対して接離方向に付勢させる操作レバー付
    の係止板と、この係止板に係合し前記歯板の歯部
    の歯部に対する噛合解除状態を保持する係止保持
    片と、前記可動アームが前倒した状態において係
    止保持片を係止板に係合させる当接片を有するリ
    クライニング装置において、 前記当接片はその係止保持片に対する当接個所
    が一定範囲内において揺動自在にして、シートバ
    ツクを前倒状態から起立状態に復帰させた際、シ
    ートバツクが所定角度に傾斜するようにしてなる
    リクライニング装置。
