本発明は、ブームの上端に作業台を備え、電柱、樹木の
ような高さのある柱状物に自力で取付き、任意高さの作
業箇所に作業者や荷物等を運搬し作業を行う高所作業方
法及びその装置に関するものである.
(従来の技術)
電柱や樹木のように垂直に高く立設した柱状物の上方に
作業者を運び上げ作業をする場合は、第9図のように走
行車輌に昇降手段を設けたいわゆる高所作業車90を用
いて行っていた.(発明が解決しようとする課題)
上記のような高所作業車は機動性に優れているが、トラ
ック、クレーンなどの走行車輌と一体に構成されている
ので、車輌の用途転用が不可能である.また作業に際し
て車輌やクレーンの位置が拘束されるため柱状物の全周
に亘る作業の場合は、作業位置に従って車輌などの移動
が必要であった.さらには、柱状物に接近させて作業車
を停止させ、その周囲をバリケードで囲む必要があるた
