ラツク内に上下動可能に挿通されたロツドの下端
部に連結された第２ラツクと、前記第１ラツクと
の間にあつて前記ロツドを上方に付勢している付
勢手段と、前記第２ラツクに対して噛合する第２
ピニオンと、該第２ピニオンを挾んで前記第２ラ
ツクの反対側にあつて第２ピニオンに対して噛合
し且つ第２ラツクと相反する方向に上下動する第
３ラツクと、該第３ラツクの上端部に連結され、
前記ロツドが付勢手段の付勢力に抗して下降した
時に前記クランプ爪に対してクランプ力を付与す
べく係合せしめられる楔部材と、前記第２ピニオ
ンを旋回駆動させる駆動手段とを備えていること
