第１図はこの考案に係る高強度研磨用線状体の
一実施例の拡大斜視図、第２図は他の実施例の斜
視図、第３図も他の実施例の斜視図、第４図はこ
の考案に係る高強度研磨用線状体を製造する為に
用いる溶融押出機の断面図である。又、第５図は
砥粒濃度と研磨性能及び強度との関係を示したグ
ラフである。 １，１′，１″……高強度高耐熱性繊維製の芯
材、２……研磨用被覆材、３……熱可塑性高分子
体、４……研磨材、５……溶融押出機。
一実施例の拡大斜視図、第２図は他の実施例の斜

の考案に係る高強度研磨用線状体を製造する為に
用いる溶融押出機の断面図である。又、第５図は

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 高強度高耐熱性繊維を芯材となし、該芯材
より融点が低い熱可塑性高分子体中に予め研磨材
を分散せしめた組成物を研磨用被覆材となし、こ
の研磨用被覆材によつて前記芯材を被覆せしめた
ことを特徴とする高強度研磨用線状体。 (2) 研磨材が研磨用砥粒であることを特徴とす
る請求項１記載の高強度研磨用線状体。 (3) 研磨材が研磨用短繊維であることを特徴と
する請求項１記載の高強度研磨用線状体。
