Claims (1)
- 基台ケーシング１の開口面から突出させてスラ
イドベース６を有しており、基台ケーシング１に
収容された駆動力伝達機構２，６ａによりスライ
ドベース６を往復動させるようにしているととも
に、基台ケーシング１の開口面を覆う防塵シート
４がガイドロール７により迂回させられてスライ
ドベース６内に導かれるようにした直交座標ロボ
ツトにおいて、ガイドロール７が、スライドベー
ス６に横架された固定軸７ｂと、固定軸７ｂに回
転自在に支持された長尺筒体７ｃとで構成されて
いることを特徴とする直交座標ロボツトにおける
防塵装置。
