    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プレフイルバルブを有するブースタラムタイプ
    の油圧シリンダにおけるシリンダ本体とプレフイ
    ルピストン先端のシール部において、プレフイル
    ピストンの先端形状を接触部分を最小限として面
    圧を高める形状にすると共に、油圧シリンダのシ
    ール部とプレフイルピストンに硬度差をつけるこ
    とを特徴とする油圧シリンダの内部リーク防止構
    造。
