設し、復路に少なくともポンプおよび流水スイツ
チ、逆止弁を配設したループ形態の即湯機能つき
給湯器において、該給湯器に至る給水管の途中に
減圧弁を配設し、かつ該減圧弁を迂回するバイパ
ス路を設けると共にそのバイパス路に電磁弁を配
設し、非給湯時には前記バイパス路の電磁弁を閉
ぢて減圧弁により減圧された水圧にてポンプを駆
動して給湯配管系を循環させ乍ら保温加熱し、給
湯時には前記復路を閉塞すると共に前記バイパス
路の電磁弁を開いて高圧にて給湯を行なうように
したことを特徴とする即湯機能つき給湯器。 ２ 前記復路にプレツシヤースイツチおよび過圧
逃し弁を配設し、循環管路内の圧力が所定圧力以
上のときには前記過圧逃し弁により圧力を逃して
所定圧力以下とし、その所定圧力以下になつたこ
とをプレツシヤースイツチが検知するとポンプを
駆動して保温循環運転を行なうようにした請求項
