- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電磁波の透過量変化を利用してなる投射器
と受信器からなり、シート状物の流れに直角方向
に走行する厚さ計において、投射器と受信器を各
々個別にリニアパルスモータに取付け、直線ベア
リングおよびステータからなる走行機構を設けた
ことを特徴とするシート状物の厚さ計。 (2) チエツクポイントおよび投射器と受信器の
位置ずれを自動的に修正するパルス発信器を設け
たことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載のシート状物
