- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上面の２点の電極間で、抵抗値を有する支
持台上に焦電素子を配置したことを特徴とする赤
外線検出器。 (2) 上下又は側面のそれぞれ２点にある電極間
で、抵抗値を有する支持台上に焦電素子を配置し
たことを特徴とする赤外線検出器。 (3) 前記支持台上にチツプ状ＦＥＴを配置した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
又は第２項に記載の赤外線検出器。 (4) チツプ状ＦＥＴを焦電素子上に配置したこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又
は第２項に記載の赤外線検出器。 (5) 前記支持台の電極部分と焦電素子の出力電
極間を導電性接着剤により電気的接続をしたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は
第２項に記載の赤外線検出器。
