- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一定量の試料を内部に保持し、透過部を介して
光を入射させ、その試料透過光を測定するための
測光用試料セルにおいて、 透過部を介して入射した光が、試料保持部内の
壁面を反射しながら進行し、かつ入射光の光軸と
出射光の光軸が一致するよう試料保持部内壁を屈
曲させると共に前記内壁部の少なくとも光反射部
に鏡面を形成したことを特徴とする測光用試料セ
ル。
