することにある。In television broadcasting stations, automated warehouses, etc., very smooth floor surfaces are required in order to be able to send more stable images when moving television cameras, and to prevent loaded items from shifting. In the construction of such floor surfaces, sufficient smoothness could not be obtained not only with conventional inorganic material-based leveling materials such as those mentioned above, but also with synthetic resin-based leveling materials. Generally, leveling materials made of inorganic materials such as cement have a flatness of about 6 m for a length of 3 m, and even synthetic resin leveling materials have a flatness of about 4ff. 0 Synthetic resin that provides a smooth floor finish The objective is to provide 8L material of the system.

, a non-reactive diluent such as benzyl alcohol, a surfactant, etc. may be added, but it is not necessary to add a curing agent. Furthermore, the lightweight aggregate may be coated only with a curing agent that is liquid at room temperature, such as diethylenetriamine or triethylenetetramine, or the above-mentioned diluent.

A microspherical shape of ~500 microns is preferable, and hollow bodies or foamed bodies of the aggregate may be used, and these may be plated or coated with metal. Commercially available examples include Showa Denko ■ Nijiyo Balloon BS (product name), Nippon Illite ■: Fillite (product name), and Asahi Glass @IQ-CEL (product name).
and so on. The appearance of the lightweight aggregate is S if the specific gravity is high.
It is preferable that the apparent specific gravity of the lightweight aggregate is about the same as the specific gravity of the synthetic resin, since a phenomenon occurs in which the L material settles in the lower layer of the liquid mixture and, conversely, floats up when it is low. Regarding the particle size, if the particle size is less than 20 microns, the viscosity of the preparation will increase, thixotropic properties will increase, and self-leveling properties will be poor.On the other hand, if the particle size exceeds 500 microns, the surface finish and appearance will deteriorate. The problem is that it gets worse. It is preferable to add 260 parts or more of the lightweight aggregate to 100 parts by weight of the above-mentioned synthetic resin for coating, and if it is less than 260 parts by weight, it becomes putty-like and loses fluidity, which is not preferable.

The amount is preferably 50 to 500 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight.
