して、後ホークにピボツトボスを一体的に結合し
ている。この溶着部分は、クツシヨンによつて大
きい曲げと捩り応力が発生し、周囲の合せ面の溶
着だけでは、溶接長さが不足して十分な強度が得
られず、剛性が不足する。そのため、外側に補強
板を添えて溶着するようにしているが、これによ
ると作業が面倒で高価につき、重量も重くなる不

溶着4する。ピボツトボス3は、一側に突起を設
けて上下及び左右方向に突設させた断面十字形状
のリブ5を一体的に設ける。後ホーク1の前端に
は、上下及び左右の面にスリツト6を設ける。そ
して、ピボツトボス3のリブ5をスリツト6に嵌
合させ、リブ5に添つて溶着4する。左右のピボ
ツトボス3には、支軸7を通し、支軸を車体のブ
ラケツト8に締着して、後ホーク1を揺動自在に
軸着する。後ホーク1と車体の間には、クツシヨ
ンユニツト9が装着され、後ホーク1の後端に

面にスリツトを設け、該スリツトにピボツトボス
のリブを嵌合せ、リブに添つて溶着するようにし
たので、簡単な構造でありながら溶着長さが長く
なつて、溶着強度が高くなり、箱型の内部に断面
十字形状のリブが形成されるボツクス構造となる
ので、捩り、曲げなどに対する剛性を高くできて
破損を防ぐことができる。又、剛性が高くなるの
に伴つて、左右の後ホークの捩れがなくなり、操
縦の安定性も向上する。そして、補強板を用いる
