タリー刃と固定刃との剪断作用によるものであつ
たためロータリー刃間から注射針が損傷なく落下
することに起因するものであるばかりでなく設備

刃3が受面5に近接して注射器を破砕しさらに同
刃3が受面5に接して同受面5上を通過すること
によつて同刃3と受面5との間にある破砕片及び
細い注射針を受面5上で上記歯筋刃3によつて切
断する。そして同歯車2の爪11によつて破砕片

爪歯車2の爪11はラジアル方向面11′と傾斜
面11″によつて形成され、両面11′,11″の
交差突出部分に歯筋刃3が形成される。そして同
歯車2は第1図矢印aで示す方向に回転し、下向
回転側に交差斜面4′,4′によるV字溝形供給具
4を水平ボルト12によつて直立板8,8に枢支
する。このようにした供給具4の下端には上記歯
筋刃3に接する受面5を有する刃受部6を延長し
て切断部7を形成する。この刃受部6は上記水平
ボルト12を中心に昇降調節自在であり、受面5
を歯節刃3と接触させるものである。上記供給具
4の交差斜面4′,4′及びその交差部には硬化ク
ロームメツキ4″を施し、かつ同メツキ面を鏡面
仕上加工することにより鋭い注射針先端の刺入、
引掛りを防止し滑動させるよう形成すると良い。
又上記受面5には高周波焼入による硬化処理が施
される。又上記歯筋刃3,3のピツチは注射針よ
り短く形成される。尚図中13で示すものは刃受
部6の下面昇降調節支持用カム、14はその回動
調節用支軸、15は直立板8,8に穿設した円弧
状長孔、16は同長孔15に摺動自在に嵌合した
ピン、第2図中17は同ピンの支持孔、18は消
毒液噴出ノズル、19は消毒液タンク、20は消
毒液ポンプ、21は消毒液ホース、22は破砕切
断物排出ホツパー、23は同ホツパー22の開口
部に着脱自在に設けた排出物紙袋、24は同紙袋
23の折畳自在開口板、25は両面テープ、26
は粘着剤、27は爪歯車2の減速回動歯車、28
は同歯車27に噛合する駆動歯車、29はその原
動機、30は上記紙袋23の受台、、31は受台
30の支持発条であつて紙袋内の排出物が1Kgに
なると下降してb接点スイツチ32を開路し上記
原動機29を停止する。消毒液ポンプ20は原動
機29の始動及び終動時に動作し、ノズル18か
ら3秒間消毒液を噴出する。又33は動作制御
盤、34は使用済注射器類投入用シユート、3
5,36は開閉蓋である。爪歯車2の爪11は8
個〜20個程度設けられる。又第7図、第8図中3
7は合成樹脂製の排出物収容箱、38はその蓋、

なく確実に破砕切断し得るばかりでなく構造簡略
