Description
イ 考案の目的
(産業上の利用分野)
この考案は、自動車の車体補修の場合のよう
に、車体に塗装した塗料を乾燥させるために使用
される赤外線塗装乾燥機に関する。
(従来の技術)
赤外線塗装乾燥機は、自動車の車体補修時に塗
装した塗料を乾燥させるのに広く使用されている
が、自動車の車体補修の場合は、作業場所が移動
したり、塗装部分の位置、高さが一定しないの
で、塗装乾燥機の移動および赤外線放射器の高さ
調節ができるようにしなければならない。
第3〜4図は従来使用されて来た赤外線塗装乾
燥機の二つの構造を例示する。
第3図の従来例は、ローラ1により移動可能な
台2に中空の支柱3を固定し、支柱3に摺動自在
に外嵌した支持筒4に赤外線放射器6を取付け
(赤外線放射器6は、複数の赤外線ヒータ6aを
配置して構成されている)、支持筒4の上端にワ
イヤロープ7の一端を連結し、このワイヤロープ
7を固定滑車8を経て支柱3内に挿入し、その端
部に平衡重錘9を連結したものである。10は支
持筒4を支柱3に固定するために支持筒4に螺合
したねじ、12は赤外線放射器の制御器である。
赤外線放射器6は、支持筒4を支柱3に沿つて摺
動させることにより昇降し、ねじ10の締付けに
より停止位置を確保される。
この従来装置は、塗装乾燥機の全重量の半分以
上を占める赤外線放射器6の重さを重錘9で平衡
させるので大きな重錘が必要であり、そのために
塗装乾燥機の重さが著しく大きくなる。また、中
空の支柱3内に挿入される平衡重錘9は必然的に
長くなるので、支柱3を高くする必要がある。従
つて塗装乾燥機を移動させるのに不便である。
第4図の従来例は、前例のように平衡重錘9を
使用する代りに、支持筒4に一端を連結し支柱3
に挿入したワイヤロープ7の他端を固定滑車13
を介して支柱3の外に出し、支柱3に取付けたウ
インチ14で巻取るものである。ハンドル15を
回してウインチ14を駆動することによりワイヤ
ロープ7を巻取り、または繰出して赤外線放射器
6を昇降させることができる。
この従来装置は、重量が著しく大になる欠点は
ないが、ウインチ14にワイヤロープ7を巻くた
め、赤外線放射器6を昇降させる速度が小さく、
またウインチ操作に手間がかかるという欠点があ
る。
また、赤外線放射器のような昇降体を昇降させ
る際にバランシングスプリングを使用する装置が
実公昭29−8833号公報に記載されているが、この
装置ではバランシングスプリングの変位量と昇降
体の昇降量とが等しくなるもので、赤外線乾燥機
を低くする効果が少ない。
(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
この考案は、赤外線塗装乾燥機を重く、また高
くすることなく、操作が容易で、赤外線放射器の
昇降を迅速に行なえる赤外線塗装乾燥機を得よう
とするものである。
ロ 考案の構成
(問題点を解決するための手段)
この考案は、第1〜2図に示すように、支持筒
4に一端を連結したワイヤロープ7を固定滑車8
に掛渡して支柱3内に入れると共に、他端を支柱
3の上部に固定し、支柱3内に挿入されて下端を
ピン18により支柱3に固定された引張りばね1
6の上端に移動滑車17を取付けてワイヤロープ
7の途中を支柱の下方に引張るように構成したも
のである。その他の部分は従来と同様である。
(作用)
赤外線放射器6、支持筒4等の重さは、ワイヤ
ロープ7を介して引張りばね16により支えられ
る。このような一端固定、他端自由のワイヤロー
プの中間部を移動滑車で引張る機構において、移
動滑車17の移動量は、赤外線放射器6、支持筒
4の移動量の半分であり、使用時のばね16の伸
びも少なくて済む。
次に本考案による赤外線塗装乾燥機(実施例)
と第3図のもの(比較例1)および第4図のもの
(比較例2)との重量、支持筒4の昇降速度とを
比較した数字を下表に示す。
