Nuclear power plants are characterized by having their own access routes, and access routes for controlled areas and semi-controlled areas are shared, and entrance/exit control areas are established to prevent mixed access by personnel within the turbine building. To provide a nuclear power plant characterized in that there are two access routes, the above-mentioned access route and an uncontrolled area route.
