Claims (1)
- キヤビテイケース内に柱状の内部誘電体を配置
し、この内部誘電体に貫通孔を穿孔し、雌ねじ孔
を設けられた合成樹脂製のブツシユを前記貫通孔
に対向させてキヤビテイケースに取付け、誘電体
セラミツク製のチユーニング棒の基端部と合成樹
脂製の支持棒の先端部とを同軸状に接合し、この
支持棒の基端部外周にねじ部を形成し、支持棒の
ねじ部を前記雌ねじ孔に螺合させると共にチユー
ニング棒を前記貫通孔に挿脱自在に挿通させたこ
とを特徴とする誘電体共振器。
