ータとして、前記微少位置決め機構を制御するコ
ントローラ、 とを含むことを特徴とする摂動カメラ。 (2) 微少位置決め機構にピエゾ素子を用いた請
求項(1)記載の摂動カメラ。 (3) 開口部の主走査方向の寸法をＨ、副走査方
向の寸法をＶとした場合、 θ＝ｔａｎ−１（Ｖ／Ｈ） だけ主走査方向から傾むいた方向に、 Ｌ＝（Ｖ２＋Ｈ２）１／２ だけ撮像素子を移動させる請求項(1)記載の摂動
