Claims (1)
- 一端から被冷却部まで開けられた孔を持つスク
リユと、同孔に同軸に被冷却部の奥まで挿入され
る小径の冷媒流入管と、同様に被冷却部の入口付
近まで同流入管を囲んで同軸に挿入され、かつ上
記孔に所定の隙間で嵌り合うつばを外周に持つ冷
媒流出管と、同冷媒流出管に吸込口がつながれる
ポンプとを備えてなることを特徴とするスクリユ
冷却装置。
