ンダ部上を摺動するピストンロツドを備え、縮側
圧を受ける前記ピストンと伸側圧をうける前記プ
ランジヤとの受圧面積が等しく構成され、前記ピ
ストンロツドの変位、速度、加速度を検出する無
接触型検出装置を前記ピストンロツド中空部内に
設けたものであることを特徴とする電気油圧式振
動発生機。
