の度毎に調節しなくとも該切替弁をもつて止水す
ることにより常に適温の混合水が吐水できるよう
になされている。しかしてこのようにシヤワー切
替弁に止水機能を兼ね備えている湯水混合栓は、
その止水時に給湯側と給水側との水圧の差によつ
て水が給湯配管中に流れ込んだり或いは湯が水道
管中に流れ込むのを防止するため給水栓および給

に貫通して該短管の外周に形成されたフランジと
該短管に螺合した締付ナツトにより該デツキを挾
着し、該短管の下端に水道配管と給湯配管を継
ぎ、湯水混合栓の流入口に夫々袋ナツトを回転自
在に装着し、該袋ナツトを短管のデツキ面上突出
端外周に形成された螺子溝に螺着するようにした

4によつて袋ナツト5R,5Lが回転自在に装着
されている。円筒状の接続金具4は内周6にスプ
ラインを形成し該スプラインに工具端を係合させ
ることで流入口3に螺合し易くなつている。そし
て端縁に形成されたフランジ7が袋ナツト5R,
5Lを抜脱せずして回転自在なるように保持して
いる。8は給水栓1Rと給湯栓1Lの相対する側
面に形成され互いの流出口を継ぐ水平な混合管部
で、該混合管部8の中央に止水機能を持つた切替
弁9,10が設けられている。即ち、混合管部8
の中央部前面壁にボンネツト11を水密に螺着す
ると共に、該ボンネツト中にスピンドル12を貫
挿し該スピンドル12の外周に形成された螺子溝
13をボンネツト11の内周に螺合させ、スピン
ドル12の外方突出端にはレバー14をビス15
によつて固着し、他方スピンドル12の内方小径
部16に切替弁9,10を夫々軸方向に進退動自
在なるように串通する。17はスピンドル12の
内方端に切替弁10の抜脱を防ぐため螺止された
小ナツト、18は切替弁9の軸方向移動を規制す
るためスピンドル12の一部に形成されたフラン
ジ部である。切替弁9,10は外周面に竹の子状
の段部が形成されこれを金属製の保護管19,2
0が被い該保護管19,20の外周段部面に両端
を係合させてコイルバネ21を圧縮状態で介在さ
せている。22は該湯水混合栓の前面部に混合水
を吐出させる吐出管で、該吐出管22は混合管部

9を押圧して弁座26から該切替弁9を離間させ
るために混合管部8内にあつた混合水は吐出管2

該切替弁10を離間させるための混合管部8内の
