Claims (1)
- 集塵電極に直流電圧を印加してガスに含まれて
いる塵を除去する電気集塵器において、交流を直
流に変換する整流器と、この整流器を電源にして
これとは絶縁された連続直流を出力する第１ＤＣ
／ＤＣコンバータと、前記整流器を電源にしてこ
れとは絶縁されたパルス状直流を出力する第２Ｄ
Ｃ／ＤＣコンバータと、これら第１ＤＣ／ＤＣコ
ンバータの出力と第２ＤＣ／ＤＣコンバータの出
力とを重畳して印加する集塵電極と、この集塵電
極の電圧と電流および前記ガス中の塵濃度に対応
して前記第１ＤＣ／ＤＣコンバータ出力電圧を制
御する手段、および前記第２ＤＣ／ＤＣコンバー
タ出力パルス幅を制御する手段とを備えているこ
とを特徴とする電気集塵器の電源装置。
