ドピンをアイレツトの取り付け穴に挿通して溶接

は従来の溶接リードピンを使用した気密ガラス端

Claims (1)
- アイレツトに貫通して設けた溶接リードピン取
り付け穴に、径大部を有する溶接リードピンを挿
通して該溶接リードピンの径大部の下面とアイレ
ツトの上面とを溶接してなる気密ガラス端子にお
いて、前記溶接リードピンを上記径大部からその
下部のリード部に亘つて連続的に径小となる形状
に成形して溶接したことを特徴とする気密ガラス
端子。
