よつて駆動する、ランプ制御回路において、 半導体スイツチのゲート電極と前記昇圧回路の
出力端子との間に設けたデプリユーシヨンタイプ
ＭＯＳＦＥＴと、 該デプリユーシヨンタイプＭＯＳＦＥＴのゲー
ト電圧を制御してオン抵抗を変化させるゲート制
御回路とを有するランプ制御回路。
