【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は下肢不自由者が利用するトイレ、洗面
所、浴場などに使用される下肢不自由者の介助用
手摺に関するものである。

されているので手摺を握つたとき冷たく、特に冬
期においては堪えがたい冷たさと硬い感じを使用
者に与えると共に滑りやすいという問題点があつ
た。本考案は上記事情にかんがみてなされたもの
である。

際して手で握る手摺の握り部分を、金属製パイプ
の外周に抗菌剤配合の弾性を有する合成樹脂又は
合成ゴムで被覆した被覆パイプを用い、被覆パイ
プの端部と、該被覆パイプが接続される手摺主体
の端部とに、中央に締付操作部を有し、その左右
を左右逆ねじ部に形成してなるジヨイント金具の
前記左右逆ねじ部が螺合するねじ部を設け、ジヨ
イント金具を介して被覆パイプを手摺主体に接続
するという技術的手段を採用したものである。

端部外周面にきられているねじ部8は左ねじであ
る。9は前記被覆パイプ5と手摺主体7とを連結
するジヨイント金具であつて、このジヨイント金
具9は、中央部に外周面を六角形とした締付操作
部10が設けられ、該締付操作部10を挾んで被
覆パイプ5にねじ込まれる側の内周面には右ねじ
11が、そしてその反対側の手摺主体にねじ込む
内周面には左ねじ12がきられている。

ねじ8は左ねじである。ジヨイント金具9の中央
に設けられた外周面を六角形とした締付操作部1
0を挾んで被覆パイプ5にねじ込まれる側の外周
面には右ねじ11を、そして、その反対側の手摺
主体7にねじ込む外周面には左ねじ12がきられ
ている。

粗面となつているもので被覆して被覆パイプ5と
し、前記第1及び第2実施例同様に被覆パイプの
端部の金属パイプの外周面に右ねじ6をきり、該
握り部分が連結される手摺主体の端部には左ねじ
8をきり、ジヨイント金具9中央部の締付操作部
10の左右内周面には上記右ねじ6及び左ねじ8
と螺合する右ねじ11と左ねじ11をきつて被覆
パイプを手摺主体と接続したものである。尚図示
省略したがシヤワーの蛇口は手摺の少し内側、即
ち壁面13から遠い位置の上方に取付けられてい
る。

は合成ゴムで被覆した被覆パイプを使用している
ので、抗菌効果を有し、ソフトで暖かい感触を得
ることができると共に弾性を有するので握持しや
すくまたすべり止め効果を奏する。特に外周面を
粗面とするとすべり止め効果がより一層大となり
且つ安全性の面において有利となる。更に便器あ
るいは壁等からの突出長さ調整もジヨイント金具
の締付け具合の調整あるいはジヨイント金具の締
付操作部の左右にパツキン等をはめることによつ
て簡易に調整し得る。

自由者が車椅子、杖などの補助具から手摺へ、
又は手摺から補助具へ移動、移行するに際して
手で握る手摺の握り部分を、金属製パイプの外
周に抗菌剤配合の弾性を有する合成樹脂又は合
成ゴムで被覆した被覆パイプを用い、被覆パイ
プの端部と、該被覆パイプが接続される手摺主
体の端部とに、中央に締付操作部を有し、その
左右を左右逆ねじ部に形成してなるジヨイント
金具の前記左右逆ねじ部が螺合するねじ部を設
け、該ジヨイント金具を介して被覆パイプと手
摺主体とを接続せしめてなるを特徴とする下肢
不自由者の介助用手摺。 (2) 金属製パイプの外周を被覆している抗菌剤配
合の弾性を有する合成樹脂又は合成ゴムの外表
面が粗面に形成されていることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の下肢不自由
者の介助用手摺。
