環させるためのフアンとを具備してなる真空熱処
理炉において、前記加熱室の底部に冷却ガスの流
入口を設けるとともに、その加熱室の頂部には冷
却ガスの流出口を設け、かつ、その流出口の直上
に位置して前記冷却器を配置するとともに、その
冷却器の直上に位置して前記フアンを配置し、前
記加熱室より流出した冷却ガスが前記冷却器を通
過して前記フアンに吸い込まれるように構成して
