Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ドア本体に開口された開口部８を開閉するハツ
チ９を備えて車体後方開口部を開閉可能に覆うバ
ツクドア１に、車体後方開口部側のストライカ２
に噛合するドア本体側のラツチ３と該ラツチ３の
噛合状態の施解錠操作をするキーシリンダー４と
前記ラツチ３の噛合解除操作をするハンドル６と
を設けた車体後部において、 前記ハツチ９にストライカ１１を設け、かつド
ア本体の開口部８周縁にハツチ９側の前記ストラ
イカ１１と噛合する開口部８側のラツチ１０を設
け、この開口部８側のラツチ１０に結合ロツド１
２を介して、上記ドア本体側のラツチ３の噛合状
態と前記ラツチ１０の噛合状態とを施解錠可能に
上記キーシリンダー４を連結し、前記ハツチ９に
前記ラツチ１０の噛合解除操作をする可動部１４
を設けたことを特徴とする車体後部の施解錠構造
。
