周部よりも低い段差部を有する円筒状に形成して
このヨークの内孔に非磁性材製円筒状のアダプタ
を嵌着し、このアダプタに軸受を介し軸支させた
回転軸の上端部に、内側部材が非磁性材製で外側
部材が磁性材製の回転体を、前記ヨークの内周部
上端面に外側部材の下端面を対向させた状態で固
定してこの回転体と前記ヨークとを磁性材製カバ
ーで覆うとともに、前記回転体外側部材の上下に
環状空隙を形成してこの環状空隙内に磁性粉体を
充填し、前記アダプタの上端面を、前記下側環状
空隙の底面よりも高く形成したことを特徴とする
