- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光学式リニアエンコーダに用いるメインス
ケールにおいて、一方の面に目盛を形成された第
１の板材と該板材の前記一方の面上に重ね合わせ
て一体とされた透明な第２の板材とからなること
を特徴とする光学式リニアエンコーダのメインス
ケール。 (2) 前記第１の板材と前記第２の板材とを同一
の材質、断面形状としたことを特徴とする請求項
(1)記載の光学式リニアエンコーダのメインスケ
ール。 (3) 前記第１の板材と前記第２の板材とを異な
る材質とし、お互いを重ね合わせて一体としたと
き、その中立面が、前記第１の板材の目盛面と一
致するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項(1)記
載の光学式リニアエンコーダのメインスケール。
