より被測定の絶縁抵抗体に印加してこの絶縁抵抗

直流高電圧発生回路を 方形波発信器、レンジに応じて発生させるレン
ジ切替用オン・オフ信号、このレンジ切替用オン
・オフ信号によつて前記方形波発信器の出力を通
過させるゲート回路、このゲート回路を通過した
方形波信号によつて駆動されるトランジスタ・ス
イツチ、一次側がこのスイツチに接続されレンジ
の数に応じて設けられた変圧器、一対のダイオー
ドと一対のコンデンサの組合わせよりなりこの組
合わせをレンジに応じてＮ段従属して前記変圧器
の二次側に接続することによりＮ倍の整流電圧を
得るＮ倍電圧整流回路よりなり、レンジに応じて
前記レンジ切替用オン・オフ信号を発生させるこ
とにより前記Ｎ倍電圧整流回路の出力を切替えて
前記アース端子に接続するように構成したことを
