Claims (1)
- 果実または根菜類の皮剥き対象物に突き通され
る保持杆の一端にワイヤ付のリングを遊嵌し、こ
の保持杆の両端を回転自在に支持台に支承し、上
記リングに取り付けられたワイヤを皮剥き刃に挿
通し、上記保持杆を手動またはモータで回転させ
、当該保持杆と共に回転する上記皮剥き対象物の
外表面にワイヤに沿わせた皮剥き刃を当てがうこ
とで、該皮剥き対象物の外皮が剥かれることを特
徴とする皮剥き器。
