は、前記磁気センサの磁気抵抗素子の接続例を示
す回路図である。第3図は、前記回路の出力特性
を示すグラフである。第4図は、ストローク検出
機能を有する流体圧シリンダの実施例の断面図で
ある。第5図は、前記ピストンロツドを拡大し一
部破断して示した図である。第6図は、従来の流
体圧シリンダにおける強磁性体鉄心と磁気センサ
の位置関係を示す断面図である。第7図は、前記
従来の流体圧シリンダにおける磁気センサの磁気
抵抗素子の接続例を示す回路図である。

サにより前記スケールの移動を検出してピストン
ロツドの移動量を検出するストローク検出装置を
有する流体圧シリンダにおいて、前記磁気センサ
を形成する磁気抵抗素子4個A1,A2,B1,
B2をこの順に前記ピストンロツドに沿いスケー
ルの1/2ピツチで配列し、磁気抵抗素子A1と
A2,B1とB2をそれぞれ直列に接続しA1と
B2の接続点とA2とB1の接続点を電源に接続
し、A1とA2の接続点に現れる電圧VαとB1
とB2の接続点に現れる電圧Vβの差の電圧を取
り出す回路を構成したことを特徴とするストロー
