〜１５重量％含有する不織布であることを特徴と

除電カーペツトにおいて、静電気中和ゴムからな
る下層を有することを特徴とする静電気除電カー
ペツト。 (6) 請求項５に記載の静電気除電カーペツトに
おいて、前記静電気中和ゴムが炭素繊維の短繊維
を３〜１５重量％含有することを特徴とする静電
気除電カーペツト。 (7) 請求項４又は６に記載の静電気除電カーペ
ツトにおいて、前記炭素繊維の短繊維がそれぞれ
１cm2当り５０本以上表面から突出していること
