周面が上記筒状体の上側開口部の内周面を上記受
枠の内周面側に押圧することにより上記筒状体を
上記受枠に取り付けるリング状の支持バンドとか
らなる防臭及び防錆装置。 (2) 地面開口部に設置された上記受枠の設置位
置がずれないようにこの受枠の下部の内面の複数
箇所に上記地面開口部の内面に沿うように設けら
れたストツパを上記筒状体の内側からこの筒状体
を介して挟み込むことにより上記筒状体を上記受
枠の内面に係止するクリツプを備えることを特徴
