- 蒸気弁を駆動する油圧シリンダーと、この油圧
シリンダーに圧力油を供給する油ポンプと、この
油ポンプと油圧シリンダーの間に介在して油圧シ
リンダー内の油圧を所定値に調整する調整弁と、
この調整弁の開度を検出する検出器とを有する蒸
気弁駆動装置。
