気装置の吸引力が落ちてしまうことになり、ま

引されず、用紙をしつかりと載置面に固定するこ
とができない。また、静電吸着板は、従来、載置
面の全域にわたつて静電界を発生させていたた
め、電力消費量が大きく不経済であつた。

る。上記の原理と同様の原理でスイツチ10,1
2,14がオフのとき、スイツチ14をオンとす
ると、まず吸着装置4が動作してエリアAに吸引
力が発生し、所定時間遅れて、吸着装置6が動作
してエリアBに吸引力が発生し、最後に、所定時
間遅れて吸着装置8が動作してエリアCに静電吸
