して、輸送箱内で製品が破損しないように製品の
下面に突出する突起部を嵌合孔に嵌合させて製品

孔とによつて形成される1対の舌片によつて弾力

に、製品本体2の下面に4本の細長い突起部3を
有する製品4を縦横3個ずつ並べて嵌合保持する
構造となり、第1図で示すように、輸送用箱5内
に4段重ねて収容するようになつている。4本の
突起部3の位置はカタカナのハの字の各頂点の位
置にそれぞれ位置した格好となつている。そこ
で、第4図で示すように、これら4本の突起部3
のうちのそれぞれ1対の突起部3のピツチaより
もわずかに長いピツチbに突起部3が嵌合する嵌
合孔6を設ける。また、1対の嵌合孔6の対応す
る最接近縁部にそれぞれ他方の嵌合孔6に向かつ
て延在する切込み線7が設けられている。この切
込み線7は1対の嵌合孔6の最短距離を結んでい
る。また、この中仕切1は1枚のパターニングし
た厚紙の4辺の折込み片8を下方に90度折り曲げ
るとともに、第3図で示すように、2枚の折込み
片8の両端の貼付け片9を隣り合う折込み片8の
内側に90度折り曲げて重ね、接着剤で貼付け片9
を折込み片8に固定することによつて箱状に組み

るが、この結果、少なくとも一方の突起部3は切
込み線7と嵌合孔6とによつて形作られる1対の
舌片10によつて弾力的に強く挟持されることに
なり、中仕切1を裏返して製品4が中仕切1の下
面側に位置するようにしても、製品4が脱落した
りすることはない程度に強く保持される。したが
つて、この中仕切1を用いて製品4を輸送用箱5
に収容すれば、輸送用箱5が振動しても製品が中
仕切1から抜け出るようなことはなく、製品4の
