Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily adjust step sections and construct a uniform staircase by connecting L-shaped steel plates above and below an integrally molded square landing in sequence, and mounting step plates to connect the staircase. CONSTITUTION:A bent insertion piece 2 is formed at the upper end of the rise section 1a of an L-shaped steel plate, and a folded bent section 3 is provided at the end edge of a horizontal section 1b. The insertion piece 2 of a lower steel plate 1A is inserted and hooked to the bent section 3 of an upper steel plate 1B, 1A and 1B are assembled in sequence, and step plates 6 are mounted and fixed on horizontal sections to form a staircase. The upper end section of the staircase is connected to a landing provided with multiple step sections on a plane square frame. The uniform staircase can be efficiently constructed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Even with the conventional wooden stairs mentioned above, there was a problem that the quality of the product and the amount of time required depended on the level of skill of the worker, as all of the steps were assembled on site. . Furthermore, even with metal stairs, it was difficult to adjust the dimensions of landings, and it was said that skill was required to finish them relatively efficiently and with good quality.

That is, this invention constructs a lower staircase by sequentially connecting L soft iron plates, placing and fixing wooden boards for treads on the horizontal parts thereof, and attaching an integrally formed rectangular landing on one side to the upper end of the lower staircase. The method for constructing a metal/wood composite staircase is characterized in that the lower part of an upper staircase having the same structure as the lower staircase is connected to the other side of the landing. In the above, the L soft iron plate is
The insertion piece is bent and formed at the upper end, a folded bending piece for inserting and retaining the insertion piece is formed at the lower end, and the insertion piece is inserted into the bending piece, so that the whole is assembled in a step-like manner. . Further, the landing is a metal/wood composite landing constructed by providing a plurality of steps on a planar rectangular frame and fitting and fixing a wooden board to each step, and the step has four steps. The rank shall be dan or 5th dan.
