- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 主ラインを開閉する主スプール弁を備えた流量
調整弁と、副スプール弁を備え前記主スプール弁
前後の差圧を一定に制御する圧力補償弁とをシリ
ーズに設けた圧力補償付き流量調整弁において、 前記流量調整弁の戻りポートを前記圧力補償弁
のスプリング室に導く油路と、負荷ポート及び供
給圧力ポートを前記スプリング室と反対側の油室
にそれぞれ導く油路とを設け、前記主スプール弁
が中立位置にある状態で前記油室に供給圧力を導
入し得るようにしたことを特徴とする圧力補償付
き流量調整弁。
