Claims (1)
面間に軸受すきまを形成し、回転部材と軸受部材
のうち、一方の部材には、上記軸受すきまと対向
する面に気体溜りを設け、その気体溜りを通して
軸受すきまに圧縮気体を供給する給気孔を回転部
材又は軸受部材に形成した静圧気体軸受装置にお
いて、前記回転部材と軸受部材のうち、一方の部
材には、他方の部材と隙間を介して対向する磁気
部材を取付け、その磁気部材と他方の部材間の隙
間を横切る磁束によつて上記隙間に磁性流体を保
持したことを特徴とする静圧気体軸受装置。 (2) 回転部材とこれを支持する軸受部材の対向
面における一方の面に、他方の部材との間で軸受
すきまを形成する環状の通気性を有する多孔質部
材を取付け、その多孔質部材を通して軸受すきま
に圧縮気体を供給する静圧気体軸受装置において

は、他方の部材と隙間を介して対向する磁気部材
を取付け、その磁気部材と他方の部材間の隙間を
横切る磁束によつて上記隙間に磁性流体を保持し
