本考案は屋根材、壁面材等となる断熱材に関す

従来、一般に用いられる建築材料となる断熱材
は、コンクリート、モルタル、石膏等にグラスウ

る混合板材では、断熱効果は発揮し得ても、強度
的には脆く、ひび割れが入つたりするため、せい

体自体のもつ断熱作用により断熱効果を発揮する

詰つて該セメントのもつ硬化性にて発泡スチレン
粒体が板状を保ち、且つ袋自体のもつ屈曲性と相
俟つて所謂腰のある芯材を呈し、このためボード
の表面に亀裂を生ずることもない。勿論、全体と

ド6となり、これが断熱材7となる。ちなみに、
断熱材7の厚さは、一般建材ボードと同様な2〜

て直接使用することが出来る。勿論、下地材とし
てもよい。しかも、発泡スチレン粒体がボードの
中央全域に適宜厚さをもつて敷設状に配されてい
るため、断熱効果、遮音効果を有し、且つこの発
泡スチレン粒体が一種の軽量骨材となるのでボー
ド全体も軽量となる。また、ボード自体に多少の
撓みを生じ得るため、建物への嵌め込みも容易
