So-called adhesion methods have been used, such as the sheet waterproofing method in which the asphalt is pasted to the surface of the base with an adhesive, and the asphalt waterproofing method in which the asphalt is directly heated to give it fluidity. However, such a close-contact construction method has problems such as swelling and peeling of the waterproof layer due to water remaining in the concrete slab turning into water vapor.

As the ventilation layer in this method, a grooved sponge, open-hole sponge, or non-woven fabric is used, and as a method for releasing water vapor from the ventilation layer to the atmosphere, - A device called a degassing tower is used for boat fishing. There is. These devices are installed mainly in flat areas with the devices protruding from the upper surface of the waterproof layer. The durability and weather resistance of the fruiting device are problematic, and it is also not aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, in specifications for use on rooftops such as light walking finishing, this device not only becomes a nuisance but may also be dangerous. Furthermore, when installing a degassing tower, it is necessary to make some kind of hole in the waterproof layer, which is not preferable.

Japanese Patent No. 74039 discloses a method of forming a ventilation layer by creating a space between a tape-like material and a base slab so that they do not come into close contact with each other. With this method, it is difficult to release water vapor from the base;
Another drawback is that the ventilation passages are blocked when pressure is applied to the top of the waterproof sheet.

The construction cost is high because a breathable waterproof sheet is used up to the rising part. Furthermore, since all edges of the waterproof sheet are in contact with the atmosphere, there is a high risk of water leakage.

A breathable waterproof sheet (
bonding one edge of the ventilation layer (202) of 2), and bringing the other edge of the nonwoven fabric (102) into contact with the atmosphere;
An embodiment of a waterproofing method characterized in that water or water vapor accumulated in the ventilation layer (202) of the ventilation waterproof sheet (2) is made to conduct through the nonwoven fabric (102) and released into the atmosphere is based on the drawings. This will be explained in detail below.

Nonwoven fabrics made of fibers are preferred. Regarding the nonwoven fabric (102), from the viewpoint of alkali resistance, a needle punched nonwoven fabric is preferable to a binder. The date of the nonwoven fabric (102) should be selected appropriately depending on the use of the waterproof layer, etc., but from the viewpoint of workability and ventilation efficiency, it is 100 to 30.

Care must be taken not to completely block the ventilation layer (2). At this time, the ventilation tape (1) is pasted up to the edge of the waterproof layer (4) so that the edge of the tape (1) comes into contact with the atmosphere at the rising portion. On the other hand, the other end of the ventilation tape needs to be joined to the ventilation layer (202) of the ventilation waterproof sheet (2) on the flat area, and the adhesive area should be selected appropriately depending on the construction area and the moisture content of the base metal. It is necessary to communicate. To give a specific example, after pasting the ventilation tape (1) on the upright and flat areas, the ventilation waterproof sheet (2) made of a vulcanized rubber sheet and a polypropylene nonwoven fabric is attached to an adhesive such as a urethane adhesive (2). Attach with liquid curing type). At this time, it is preferable to use a partial adhesive in consideration of the ventilation of the base moisture. Next, a waterproof layer is formed by adhering, for example, a vulcanized rubber sheet as a waterproof sheet (4) to the rising portion with a rubber adhesive. At the end of the rising waterproof sheet (4), a pusher (5) such as an aluminum angle is installed to prevent rainwater from flowing in.

By pasting it on, it is only necessary to carry out ordinary waterproofing methods, and the finish is also good. Furthermore, since the nonwoven fabric (102) made of polyolefin fiber is used for the ventilation layer, it has excellent resistance to alkaline water as a base and has good durability. In addition, since the ventilation tape (1) of the present invention uses a nonwoven fabric (102) made of polyolefin fibers for the ventilation layer, it is highly elastic and the ventilation path will not be cut off even if pressure is applied from above the waterproof sheet.
