  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 コロナ放電電極と、対向電極と、それらコロナ
    放電電極と対向電極とにコロナ電圧を印加するコ
    ロナ用電源と、前記コロナ放電電極と対向電極と
    の間に配置されたグリツド電極と、そのグリツド
    電極と前記対向電極とにグリツド電圧を印加する
    グリツド用電源と、前記グリツド電極と対向電極
    との間に配置される被帯電部材の表面電位が予め
    定められた値となるように前記グリツド電圧の高
    さを制御するグリツド電圧制御装置とを備えたコ
    ロナ放電装置において、 前記グリツド電極に発熱用電力を供給してグリ
    ツド電極に発熱させる発熱用電源と、 前記コロナ放電電極周辺の温度を検出する温度
    検出器と、 その温度検出器からの検出信号に基づいて、前
    記周辺の温度がほぼ一定値に保たれるように前記
    発熱用電力を制御する発熱用電力制御装置とを設
    けたことを特徴とするコロナ放電装置。
