タを含む電磁波を受信した場合にシステムを作動
可能状態に設定するレデイ設定手段と、残金額デ
ータを記憶する第1記憶手段と、相手端末装置か
ら受信した金額データを記憶する第2記憶手段と
、第1記憶手段の残金額データから第2記憶手段
の金額データを減算する減算手段と、第1記憶手
段の残金額データを減算手段による減算結果に書
換えるデータ書換え手段と、電磁波受信手段が相
手端末装置から受信した金額データを通信制御手
段から第2記憶手段へ書込み、書換え後の第1記
憶手段の残金額データを読出して送信データとし
て通信制御手段へ転送するアクセス制御手段とか
